Buyer relationships in the current market
Hamish and I love our job and whilst we are employed by and have a fiduciary obligation to our vendors, we both have a natural ability to build rapport with buyers and we go out of our way to bend over backward to make things as smooth and easy as possible for them in their decision-making process, which means better results for vendors too. In short, we create Win-Win situations.
The way that we nurture genuine relationships with the buyers in our databases has meant we have helped more vendors get their properties sold this year (both our own listings and those of other salespeople in our wider Ray White network).
